A bit about Ahara Nutrition

3 Central London Nutrition Clinics and over 10 years experience

At Ahara Nutrition 4 key influences shape our approach:

  • Optimum Nutrition

  • Naturopathy

  • Holistic Medicine

  • Functional Medicine

What this means is that I take a look at the whole of you and your life, past and present, if necessary do some tests, and treat the whole you - not just what you may or may not be eating.

I often find that problems manifesting themselves physically in my clients' bodies emanate from their psychological state or environment. I help to resolve the symptoms but also work on getting to the root cause of what started the issue in the first place as this is the key to restoring health and vitality. I also combine counselling and life coaching techniques to help in this regard.

If you already know you need a nutritionist then go straight ahead and buy an initial consultation or if you'd like to have a chat with me first to see if I can help you then give me a call for a free pre-consultation chat.

Why did I become a Nutritionist in London?

I am passionate about nutrition, good food, health, vitality, happiness and I love what I do.  After many years of living a hectic lifestyle in London I suffered a range of health issues. I found a Nutritionist in London who helped me on the road to recovery. This in turn inspired me to become a nutritionist in London too.

Whilst training at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM ) I was fascinated and inspired that by making basic, simple changes it could have a profound effect on how I felt and looked. Even better I could help others to do the same if I trained as a nutritionist. There weren't many London nutritionists when I first started and am proud to say that after practising as a nutritionist I later returned to CNM as Director of Studies in 2009.

For me nutrition should not be really complicated and it is not about starvation, restriction or an extreme detox.  It is about a process of looking at where you are at right now; how do you feel? What are your health battles? What simple changes can we make to get you back on the right path?  Also what is the bigger picture; what else is going on for you right now that is impacting how you feel?

As a Nutritionist I take the time to look at your whole picture before making recommendations and giving guidance on what to do next.  I provide simple, straight forward advice to help you feel well.  I understand you have a busy life and I’m here to make it easier, not more complicated.

If you are struggling with any of the following, I’m here to help:

Weight Loss & PCOS

It wasn't until recently when I've started to recover my health that I realised just how low I'd got about my condition. Rosie's really turned my life around and I can't thank her enough for really listening to me - you're a star.

Adrenal Fatigue & Stress

I've been overdoing it for years and it all caught up with me and I didn't know what to do. Fortunately I found Rosie and she helped me to put a workable plan in place. It's been emotional - thanks.
