Ahara - Your Nutritionist in London & Mallorca
I offer a range of services to suit you & your lifestyle
Whilst many people know what a nutritionist does and why you many want to see one others don't and even those that do may be surprised at the different ways a nutritionist can help you. After all a nutritionist can help you with so much more than a good green smoothie recipe and weight loss!
So here's a few reasons you may want to see a Nutritionist:
-
You'd like to try an alternative to conventional medicine as it's not managed to resolve your issues, you're reacting badly to it or its not giving you the results you'd like - for example with a skin condition.
-
You want to work towards a specific goal such as weight loss or conception but need support.
-
You've either been diagnosed or tried self-diagnosing for a specific condition like PCOS or Adrenal Fatigue but are confused and overwhelmed by all the information out there.
-
You have long term health niggles you can't resolve, like IBS, or you are managing a chronic condition.
Take a look at my Areas of Expertise for more information on the conditions I specialise in
I offer a range of different nutritionist services either in person at one of my 3 london clinics (Liverpool Street, Marylebone or Canary Wharf), or in Palma de Mallorca as well as by Skype or Whatsapp. A good starting point if you've never had a nutritional consultation before is to take advantage of my free 15 minute pre-consultation call to see how I can help you.

From there we can book you in for an initial consultation. I find with most complaints that it doesn't take more than 2 or 3 visits in total to get your health goals into remission and don't see at least 75% of my clients more than that.
I recommend you come back for a follow up 3 weeks later as this allows enough time for the changes that you're making to take effect and make any adjustments as necessary. I am available in between consultations for support as well.
Making big changes to your lifestyle can be challenging - as well as being a professional nutritionist I've also undertaken courses in counselling & life coaching. I find these additional skills vital to helping people make the changes necessary.
